Preparation Method:
The preparation of 2-Chloro-N-[2-(3-methoxyphenyl)ethyl]acetamide can be carried out by the following steps:
1. 2-chloroacetyl chloride (2-chloroacetyl chloride) was added to methoxyphenethylamine (3-methoxyphenethylamine) in an ice bath.
2. Stir the reaction mixture at room temperature until the reaction is complete.
3. After solvent application and cooling, the product was crystallized and filtered.
4. The product was further purified to give pure 2-Chloro-N-[2-(3-methoxyphenyl)ethyl]acetamide.
